ELECTION: So much at stake

| September 12, 2012 10:46 PM

Perhaps mine is a voice from the “wilderness,” but I feel that voice is better than no voice heard at all. Time is running out on the decision to change the political direction of our great nation. Almost three years ago I began to form an opinion on the “change” our current president introduced to the people of this nation. It is briefly outlined below in this letter.

During this three-year period I know of at least three books that have been written, by best selling authors, that have substantiated in great detail, by considerable research, my thoughts. My thoughts have not been developed in a frivolous manner. My lifetime has been a period of witness to many challenges to our great nation, the Depression with all of its misery, World War II with a Nation unprepared to defend itself, but rising to the challenge and prevailing in its greatness to survive. This was all followed by a constant growth of our economy, industry thrived and we met all of our national challenges.

Our families were presented with a lifestyle unheard of in my adolescent years. Personal integrity thrived and we worked our way to the world stage of respect and accountability to our friendly allies. Sadly, this has all been undermined by our current president’s agenda, and the despicable “gutter style political campaigning.”

There is a great deal at stake at this election; the economy, the backbone of our lifestyle, and the continued existence of our Nation as a respected member on the world stage. With these thoughts I present the following analysis. I think the message has to be continually told until the final decision is made.
