COEUR d'ALENE - Come learn urban moves from experts.

The Parkour program at Inland Empire Gymnastics Association is hosting two sponsored athletes to certify the local team as Parkour and Freerunning coaches this week.

Parkour is a physical discipline of movement focused on overcoming obstacles, and participants look like urban dancers as they flip over city structures.

The instruction is also open to anybody who wants to join a class from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at IEGA, 6360 Sunshine St. in Coeur d'Alene. Entry costs $25 and participants must be ages 6 to 22 due to the insurance policy.
