Rising Stars program debuts Friday

POST FALLS - Local youth Jordan and Ally Gibbs will perform on Friday at 7 p.m. during the nonprofit Jacklin Arts and Cultural Center's new Rising Stars program.

The youth will perform a selection of pop music, older hits and Broadway songs.
