WEDDING

Weber-Brooke

On Sept. 28, 2012, Kimberly Kay Weber married her best friend, Gregory Dean Brooke, both of Coeur d'Alene. Today they wanted to announce the beginning of their new lives together, and express their gratitude to God.

Kimberly Weber's parents, Scott and Becky Weber, reside in Hayden and Gregory's parents await them in heaven.

Rev. Donald Knapp officiated the ceremony. The couple will make their home together in Coeur d'Alene.

BIRTHS

Jack Thomas George was born at 12:54 p.m. Aug. 28, 2012, to proud parents Kattie and Tom George of Hayden. He weighed 6 lbs. and was 19 inches long. Big sister is Claire. Maternal grandparents are Ray and Terri Hoy of Great Falls, Mont. Paternal grandparents are Larry and Nancy George of Coeur d'Alene.

Samantha Mae Gloyn was born at 1:36 p.m. Sept. 14, 2012, to Tanisha and Kyle Gloyn in Pinehurst. She weighed 9 lbs. 2 oz. and was 23 inches long. Brother is Sheldon. Sister is Sarah. Maternal grandparents are Paul and Donna Welcher. Paternal grandparents are Bill and Debbra Dloyn.

Hunter Mason Simons was born at 7:23 p.m. Sept. 28, 2012, to Catherine Robb and Jake Simons of Hayden. He weighed 8 lbs. 6 oz. and was 20 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Lisa Rude-Muehlhausen and Marvin Robb. Paternal grandparents are Dave Simons and Lisa Federoff.

MILITARY

Navy Seaman Recruit Mary Grace E. Card, daughter of Rhonda L. and Bert I. Card of Rathdrum, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.

Card is a 2012 graduate of Lakeland High School in Rathdrum.

Navy Seaman Recruit Myles L. Goodson, son of Karen L. and Lowell G. Goodson of Cataldo, recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Ill.

Goodson is a 2012 graduate of Kootenai High School in Harrison.

Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Emily M. Triggs graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.

Triggs is the daughter of Kathy Triggs of Post Falls and sister of Matt Triggs of Lynden, Wash.

She is a 2010 graduate of Lake City High School in Coeur d'Alene.
