OXYGEN: More on upcoming costs

As pointed out to me by a reader, my letter published Wednesday needs to be clarified for anyone who does not have insurance plans listed on pages 136 through 136i of the Medicare and You government Handbook. For people who have Medigap Policies/Medicare Supplement Insurance, pages 64 through 67 of the Medicare and You handbook covers those plans and it would be a good idea for anyone having such a plan to check directly with their insurance provider for any changes for 2013.

I am extremely sorry for not pointing this out in my original letter.
