SECTION 00020 NOTICE OF PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR PHASE 5C.1 INITIAL TERTIARY MEMBRANE FILTRATION (TMF) AND NITRIFICATION IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CITY OF COEUR D'ALENE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Sealed pre-qualification questionnaires will be received from General Contractors by the City Clerk of the City of Coeur d'Alene, 710 E.
