Coeur d'Alene sweeps Sandpoint in dual

SANDPOINT - Ethan Cordes had wins in both the 100-yard butterfly and 100 backstroke as the Coeur d'Alene Viking boys swimming team defeated the Sandpoint Bulldogs 74-3 in a dual on Wednesday at the Sandpoint West Athletic Club.

Nicole Rozier swept both the 50 and 100 freestyle events in the girls meet for Coeur d'Alene as the Vikings edged the Bulldogs 45-38.

Coeur d'Alene competes at the Kroc Center next Friday in the Lake City Invitational.
