Milton Ivan Booth, 90

Milton Ivan Booth, 90, was born March 10,1922, in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and passed away Sunday, May 20, 2012, in Post Falls.

Milt met and married Verna Lyons in 1950 and moved from Southern Idaho to Hayden Lake in 1952. North Idaho was “GOD’S” country. Here he learned and shared his skills in Ironwork and Land Surveying. Milt survived his wife of 58 years in 2008 when she lost her battle with cancer.

Milton is survived by his son, John Ivan Booth; three step-daughters, Linda Cartwright, Joyce Bruns Bock and Sandra Eby; 12 grandchildren, Wray, Barbara, Vern, Verna and Richard Cartwright, Ed and Brent Bruns, Tammy, Crystal and Iris Eby, Carrie Ann and Shane Booth; and many great-grandchildren

In memory of Milt, an informal memorial will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 26, 2012, at the Oakcrest Club House, 1859 W. Marborough Ave., Coeur d’Alene.
