ULTRASOUND: It doesn't add up

The Idaho House of Representatives will be considering a bill (SB1387) which forces women to have an ultrasound image of the fetus she is carrying. There are all sorts of arguments about invasion of the woman’s body, the government running people’s personal lives, “Brave New World” stuff, which I’m sure you’ve heard and have considered. But what is this nonsense about the state mandating a person to have a medical procedure then the state requiring them to pay for it?
