COEUR d'ALENE - Cafe Rio Mexican Grill will open its doors in Coeur d'Alene on March 28, marking the company's sixth Idaho location.
"Once those doors open at 10:30 a.m. at 560 W. Kathleen Avenue, the smell of fresh-made tortillas, fresh salsa and sweet pork barbacoa will fill the air," according to a press release.
A ribbon-cutting is set for 10 a.m. opening day.
