U.S. Silver merging with RX Gold & Silver to form U.S. Silver & Gold

U.S. Silver Corporation, which owns and operates the Galena mine and Coeur re-development project, is merging with RX Gold & Silver Inc. to create U.S. Silver & Gold.

The result will be a well-funded, growth-oriented precious metals producer that will include both Silver Valley properties as well as RX Gold's producing Drumlummon mine in Marysville, Mont.

The Drumlummon produced 6,625 ounces of gold and 117,635 ounces of silver in the first quarter of this year, and the Galena produced 559,027 ounces of silver.

The Coeur has a historical production of 39 million ounces of silver and targeted production rate of 500,000 ounces of silver per year by end of 2013.

There will be a combined production base of 2.7 million ounces of silver and 26,5001 ounces of gold. Officials say it will improve the liquidity and capital markets profile with $25 million in cash and capital markets relationships.

Comfort Keepers designated as 'Home Care Pulse Certified'

Comfort Keepers of North Idaho announced that it has been designated as a "Home Care Pulse Certified" provider of in-home care by the National Private Duty Association, the nation's first association for providers of private duty home care dedicated to the measurement of client and employee satisfaction.

Certification is attained through a rigorous best practices client and caregiver satisfaction measurement program administered by the NPDA that provides proof of quality care to those seeking in-home care services.

"Our goal is to provide families with the ability to make an informed decision, have tangible ways to measure quality and help them find an agency to work with that is dedicated to delivering quality care," said Aaron Marcum, CEO of Home Care Pulse.
