LIBRARY: Location couldn't be better

I am new to the area (barely a month) and don’t know much about the Recall, but reading one criticism of the library, I would just like to say:

I’ve visited it and found its location stunning. What a beautiful library! Don’t know where it was before, but I can’t believe it was better than where it is now. Wonderful place!
