NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Idaho St & 8th Ave Coffee Stand and Car Wash Special Use Permit (File No. SUP-12-01) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Post Falls, Idaho will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 408 Spokane Street, Post Falls, ID, on the 14TH day of August 2012 at 6:00 p.m. on a request to re-develop the property as a car wash and coffee stand. GENERAL LOCATION: Southwest corner of Idaho Street and 8th Avenue. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 1, 2, and E 30' Lot 3, Block 4 Moeller Addition to Post Falls. SPECIAL USE PERMIT: The proposal to construct a car wash in a limited commercial zone requires a Special Use Permit, which must be heard by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The Commission shall determine if the proposed use complies with Title 18 (Zoning Code), Section 18.20.070 (Special Use Permits) and, if necessary, may attach appropriate conditions to mitigate impacts. The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and make a final determination on the proposed Special Use Permit. Note: The coffee stand is a permitted use in the limited commercial zone. Only the car wash requires the special use permit. All persons desiring to be heard should appear at this hearing.
