Thomas Seeley
The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Thomas Duncan Seeley.
Seeley, 28, is being sought based on a Kootenai County felony warrant charging Seeley with felony attempted strangulation. This is a $75,000 bond warrant with United States extradition.
Seeley is a white male, 6 feet tall, 145 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. Seeley was last known to be living in Coeur d’Alene.
