Richard Allen
The North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force is seeking information leading to the apprehension of Richard Arthur Allen.
Allen, 40, is being sought based on several Kootenai County felony warrants charging Allen with misdemeanor petit theft; misdemeanor probation violations; and felony eluding, drug and paraphernalia possession and reckless driving. The felony warrant has a $100,000 bond with United States extradition.
Allen is a white male, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 175 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. Allen was last known to be living in the Post Falls area.
