DOG: No need to bite owner

I read the letter from a Hayden reader in Wednesday's paper and now feel obligated to write. The writer's name is not mentioned here, as "shaming" him/her doesn't serve any useful purpose. The letter was in reference to the dog owner who lost her shepherd mix to wolves last week. Certainly that dog owner must feel badly enough, without someone attempting to shame her into feeling even worse!? Thankfully we live in an area with plenty of generous, empathetic and kind human beings to help offset the ones who need to return to kindergarten and start over.
