Teeth and Body: Both need to be clean!

As I look forward to my regular teeth cleaning this week, I wonder how it is that dentists have instilled in us so remarkably well how important it is to do this ritual. Not only do we understand the importance of regular dentist or hygienist deep cleaning, but our daily routines as well. We do our dental routine daily, without fail, and generally twice or more a day! We wouldn't dream of skipping it. We understand that if we don't take care of our teeth, they will rot, fall out or have to be pulled. We do this routine to safeguard our dental investment. Why don't we also apply that to our bodies?

The body we have we're stuck with for the rest of our lives. There is no replacement! Yes, we can replace our joints, our corneas and even a kidney, but is life the same afterward? No! When our bodies fail in any way, the expense alone is enough to cause many people to go bankrupt! Yet, taking care of our bodies should be just as routine as our dental rituals.

Just as you use the healthiest dental products, why don't you eat the healthiest foods? Just as you go for regular dental checkups, why don't you do other things to support your health such as routine chiropractic, acupuncture, nutritional and massage therapies? You know it's important to have your teeth cleaned at least twice a year. Why aren't you investing in a regular professional cleansing of your body too? I don't mean a bath, I mean a detox.

Daily we are accumulating tons of garbage from the processed foods that we eat, our water and air, and in most cases, even from our own homes. It is said that our homes are the most toxic environments we can be exposed to. This is especially true if you live in a home older than 10 years old, or you have recently done some remodeling - new flooring, paint, construction, etc. The byproducts of the gassing off of these new additions can be very toxic!

Our bodies are capable in most situations of dealing with its own inherent toxins that result from normal biological processes; however, they need help when those toxins come from outside sources. A good program to purify and cleanse the body is essential to do 3-4 times per year if you want to support good health and help to ward off diseases. A colleague of mine had a sign in his office that read "You will either pay to be well, or pay when you're ill - either way, you will pay!" Personally, I'd rather pay to be well, which is why I follow my own advice, and three times a year I detoxify my body!

Attend our free webinar, "Purification & Weight Loss Jumpstart Program" from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25 to learn why detoxification is necessary, why I love the program we currently use and how it works. RSVP: (208) 765-1994
