NOTICE: Instructions for our gas thief

To the thief who broke out a side vent window of an old 4-Runner (to release the gas tank cover latch so you could access and steal the gas) and who also siphoned gas from our old RV. I want to thank you for not stealing or vandalizing anything else in our barn. 

I taped the vent window shut but have left the doors unlocked so you don't have to remove the tape or break another window. My only wish is that next time you visit, please put the gas caps back on instead of just dropping them in the dirt. This will prevent snow from blowing into the open tank, OK?

I will not be refilling the tanks until spring, so no need to return any time soon.
