REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES The Bayview Community Center Board of Directors is seeking assistance in architectural services for renovations to the Community Center facility. Kootenai County is applying for federal assistance on behalf of the Bayview Community Center on March 1, 2013 to help finance the project. Scope I services include review of pertinent information and preparation of a preliminary architectural report. Scope II services, if the Bayview Community Center Board of Directors determines to pursue, include design, engineering, and construction management/inspection for the project. The Community Center will be open for project review December 14, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., 20298 E. Perimeter Rd., Bayview, ID 83803. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The City of Hayden will conduct a public hearing on December 18, 2012 at 5:30p.m. in the Hayden City Hall Council Chambers, located at 8930 N. Government Way, Hayden Idaho, for the purpose of considering the adoption of a new sewer capitalization fee of $10,840, which is comprised of $8,411 as a pass through to Hayden Area Regional Sewer District and $2,429 related to the City of Hayden sewer collection system.
