Who can resist a plush pair of slippers? Our traditional indoor boot slippers are handmade with sheepskin and merino wool inside and layered with 100 percent super soft Alpaca Fur around the tops. These slippers have been a favorite footwarmer for our clients around the world. They are handcrafted by a small artisans workshop in the Peruvian city of Arequipa. We had the opportunity to visit the workshop last year and we work with the artisans each year to create quality products using age-old traditional techniques handed down from prior generations.
Knit your own slippers
Want to live on the creative side? How about knitting your own pair of slippers? I recently knitted a pair of slippers from some of our Alpaca yarn and have been wearing them around the house. Wow...I can assure you they are super warm and comfy. Since I knit them myself, I have a perfect fit since I just kept knitting rows until the slippers were a perfect match to my feet!
