Joshua 'Joshie' Mathew McCalman, 12

Our dear little Joshua “Joshie” Mathew McCalman was carried away to Heaven on Monday, Nov. 26, 2012, at just 12 years of age.

We were so fortunate to have had Joshie here, in Idaho, with us this past summer where he enjoyed playing by the lake, being loved by his family and cookie snatching.

Idaho was to be Joshie’s permanent home on Earth, but God must have needed the best little angel up above knowing we would all be together again in His Kingdom in His time.

Joshua is survived by his doting parents, Heidi and Carl McCalman; siblings, Michael and Daniel McCalman; grandparents, Carl Sr. and Loretta McCalman; auntie Lorinda Dreiling; and many aunties, uncles and cousins.

There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, 2012, at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Palmdale, Calif. Condolences may be shared at www.chapelofthevalleymortuary.com.
