EUGENE, Ore. - Max Tissenbaum and Jeremy Baltz had three RBIs each as the Eugene Emeralds beat the Spokane Indians 8-2 in Northwest League play Wednesday night in front of 4,087 at PK Park.

Eugene (22-15 second half) holds a 1/2 game lead with two games remaining in the West Division over Vancouver, which beat Yakima 3-2 in other action.

Guy Edmonds and Smerling Lantigua had RBIs doubles in the seventh for Spokane (15-21).

The teams continue their five-game series tonight at 7:05.

Earlier in the day, the NWL announced Spokane outfielder Royce Bolinger was named to the postseason All-Star team. Bolinger, a sixth-round pick in this year's MLB Draft, was ranked third in the league with a .304 average entering Wednesday's game.

Bolinger, a former Gonzaga standout, complied a 23-game hitting streak from July 31 to Aug. 23 - the longest streak in the league this season and tied for fourth longest all-time in franchise history.
