BOND: Timing is perfect now

When owning a home, there always seem to be things that need fixing. Waiting doesn’t change that fact; it just delays the inevitable.

The Coeur d’Alene School District has five schools (building dates ranging from 1950-1975) that need major improvements in a variety of areas (heating, ventilation, electrical, wiring, additional classrooms, etc.). Vote yes for the bond on Aug. 28, so the projects can be completed quickly at a reasonable rate. The timing is perfect because with two previous school taxes ending, there will be no increase in taxes, and construction costs are low right now.

With a bond, completion of all the projects can be done swiftly in three years time, ensuring the students in our community have safe schools with 21st century classrooms right away. Invest in our school buildings without raising taxes and support CDA School District’s goal to continue being the top performing district out of all the large school districts in Idaho.
