Kootenai County Sheriff

Tuesday

1:15 p.m.: A Sony camera and an Apple iPod with a total value of about $900 were reported stolen from a residence in the 6500 block of West Cliff Court near Worley.

6:08 p.m.: Damages of $400 were reportedly done to a safe at a residence in the 300 block of East Hanley Avenue in Dalton Gardens. A Dyson vacuum, a knife and ammunition with a total value of about $400 were reported stolen from the home.

Martin E. Radenz, 55, Athol: 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended and credit for time served, $1,000 in fines, driver's license suspended for 90 days and two years probation for driving under the influence.

Dustin J. Coast, 25, Kellogg: 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended, $250 in fines and one year probation for pedestrian under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dominic D. Peressini, 46, Newman Lake, Wash.: 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended, work release, $1,000 in fines, $100 restitution, driver's license suspended for 180 days and two years probation for driving under the influence.

Edgar Toledo-Zaragoza, 25, Hayden: 31 days in jail with credit for time served for driving under the influence.
