Rev. Diane Elaine Olson, 69

Rev. Diane Elaine Olson, born Jan. 12, 1943, passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Aug. 13, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her father, Edgar Olson and mother Edith Rice Olson. She is survived by several cousins and their children.

Diane received traditional B.A. and M.S. degrees in psychology from U.C.L.A. and U. Mass. She also had a bachelor’s degree in sacred healing and was an ordained minister from Rev. Rosalyn Bruyere’s HLCC Seminary program. Diane was an intuitive counselor and teacher of metaphysics for more than 25 years. She was an active member of the Coeur d’Alene Holistic Chamber of Commerce, the local Democratic organization and a member of the former Center of Light Church.

Rev. Diane Elaine Olson will be remembered in a memorial service at 4 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, at 782 S. Ruby Road, Coeur d’Alene. A potluck dinner will be shared following the memorial service in honor of Diane’s love of “sharing food” with friends and loved ones.
