BIDEN: Gaffes are diversions

It appears that VP Biden is actually more of an asset than a liability to the Obama campaign.

His verbal gaffes are beginning to appear to be planned rather than “mistaken speech.”

What they do is move the political conversation away from the real issues for several days following each gaffe.
