Ice cream social at Post Falls City Hall

An ice cream social is scheduled from 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesday at Post Falls City Hall Plaza.

There will be free ice cream and family lawn games such as croquet, gunny sack races, water balloon toss and ladder golf.

The event will also showcase the draft for the Parks and Recreation master plan. A formal presentation of the plan will be presented at a City Council workshop at 5 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall.

The plan is the culmination of meetings with stakeholders, residents and surveys to assess demands for parks and recreation services that began last spring.
