Kootenai County Sheriff

Monday

8:53 a.m.: Two chain link fence gates and a padlock with a total value of about $1,000 were reported stolen from a business located in the 8800 block of West Wyoming Avenue near Rathdrum.

3:01 p.m.: Damages of $3,500 were reportedly done to the exterior of a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta in the boat launch parking area in the 10100 block of North Hauser Lake Road in Hauser Lake.

JUDGMENTS

Diversified Equity Systems v. Eric Townsend, was awarded judgment of $14,601.5.

Capital One Bank (USA) N. A., v. Craig Renaud et al., was awarded judgment of $22,444.77.

Heather L. Payne, 22, Wapato, Wash.: Two years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $505.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and two years probation for burglary.

Kelsey A. Parker aka Kelsey A. Hillard, 21, Post Falls: 75 days in jail, three years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, work release, $350 in fines, $25,933.10 restitution, 100 hours community service and three years probation for grand theft by deception.

Aaron O. Rupert, 37, Spirit Lake: 52 days in jail with credit for time served for probation violation.

David A. Remington, 33, Coeur d'Alene: 16 days in jail with credit for time served for probation violation.

Robert A. Ferra, 23, Coeur d'Alene: 30 days in jail with credit for time served, work release and $300 in fines for possession of a controlled substance.

Christian D. Chilicote, 43, Spirit Lake: 10 days in jail, work release and $250 in fines for driving without privileges.

Jeffrey J. Hart, 18, Athol: 20 days in jail with work release and $250 in fines for petit theft.

Travis R. Guerton, 33, Hayden: 10 days in jail with work release and $300 in fines for failure to provide proof of insurance.
