Eberlin lands real estate honor
COEUR d'ALENE - Pat Eberlin received the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors commercial Realtor of the Year award.
Eberlin, 30, was nominated and chosen by approximately 700 members of the Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors.
He is with Coldwell Banker Commercial Schneidmiller Realty, working under the brokerage since the spring of 2008.
"The commercial real estate business is very competitive and filled with great men and women throughout various companies, but I really look at our commercial niche as being a team-oriented business," he said.
He has been a guest speaker for the past four years at the Kootenai County Real Estate Forum and this past spring at the Spokane Real Estate Forum.
Previously, he was the 2009 commercial top producer "rookie" for Coldwell Banker Commercial and the 2011 leasing units top producer for Coldwell Banker Commercial.
He began his career in commercial real estate in San Diego in the spring of 2005, specializing in landlord and tenant representation of retail shopping centers.
"I have a huge love and passion for the outdoors which made it an easy decision to relocate back to northern Idaho," he said.
He was born and raised in St. Maries.
He was active in sports in high school, playing baseball, basketball and football. He went on to play college baseball for four years at Point Loma Nazarene University. His team placed third at the NAIA College Baseball World Series in 2004.
He was a Coeur d'Alene High School varsity baseball pitching coach.
