I enjoyed the Coeur d’Alene Press article of July 24, regarding the training for future teachers that is called PACE, which stands for Pathways for Accredited Certification and Endorsements.
Back in the 1960s, when I had started a highly successful chain of restaurants, I had attended a four-day seminar held in the Midwest that was also called PACE. This title stood for Personal And Company Effectiveness.
I was thoroughly impressed and through the years I sent our restaurant managers and some of our assistant personnel to this event. It was very informative and useful, contributing to my own various personal endeavors and accomplishments.
