BRUGGER: Fond farewell, friend

In Memory of Edward E. Brugger of Post Falls, aka “Chap:” The man who taught me how to steer a tractor when I was 7 or 8 years old. A man who taught me to drive a farm truck when I was 12. A man who taught me to do a day’s work for a day’s pay, and to always do the best job I could. A man who was like a brother and later became my brother-in-law. A man I always respected.

You will be missed.
