REQUEST FOR BIDS The Kootenai County Board of Commissioners is requesting bids for the purpose of selecting an individual or firm to provide design, construction services, and project quality control for an RV Dump Station renovation project. Prospective construction service contractors must have a current State of Idaho Public Works Contractor License commensurate with the project scope and size.
