Luchini, Lisette Marie (Tulleners), 69

Lisette Marie (Tulleners) Luchini of Cataldo, Idaho, passed away July 31, 2012, at the age of 69. She was born to Lisette and Andre Tulleners on March 1, 1943, in Soestdijk, The Netherlands, and immigrated to the United States with her family in 1949.

Lisette met her husband of 41 years, Joseph Luchini, in the spring of 1969.They married September 9, 1969, and eventually made their home in Cataldo, Idaho. Here, Lisette raised their five children and spent countless hours on her passions, including gardening, knitting, cooking, baking, and anything creative she undertook. Her creativity knew no limits. She was incredibly active in her children’s lives, supporting them in their pursuits. In addition to caring for others she was an independent woman who loved to travel and was a devoted friend to all who knew her.

Lisette is survived by her children Doug (Gina) Luchini, Greg (Peggy) Luchini, Mariette “Pete” (Eric) Jacobson, Johanna “Joey” (Ben) Hale, and Jenn Luchini; grandchildren Michaela, Jill, Karleigh, Evie, Jessica, Jake, Julia, Luke, Kate, Grey, Elle, Brody, and Tyson; great-grandchildren Reese and Baylee; siblings Frits (Faye) Tulleners, Paul (Gail) Tulleners, Andre (Judy) Tulleners, Adrienne (Doug) New, Sylvie (Mike) Claflin, Mary (Steve) Sibulsky, and Matt (Sandi) Tulleners. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.

She joins in Heaven the love of her life, Joe, daughter, Theresa, and her parents, Lisette and Andre.

A memorial service will be held Friday, August 3, 11 a.m. at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 625 Haycraft Avenue, Coeur d’ Alene, ID 83815.
