Post Falls Police seek missing man

POST FALLS - Post Falls police are asking for the community's assistance in locating 35-year-old Jason Charles Tallon, who was last seen on Saturday morning at 7 at 605 N. Hydra Place in Post Falls.

Tallon is 6-feet 5-inches, 195 pounds with short blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing his prescription glasses, a pair of jeans, a black windbreaker and purple and yellow Nike sneakers.

Friends and family members believe that he may be suicidal.

Superfund meeting is Wednesday

Members of the public can share their thoughts this week on the environmental cleanup of the Coeur d'Alene Basin Superfund site.

The Coeur d'Alene Basin Citizens Coordinating Council will hold a meeting from 6:30 - 9 p.m. this Wednesday in the Gold Room of the Wallace Inn at 100 Front St. in Wallace.

Interested parties and citizens are invited to attend. Agenda topics include updates on the ROD amendment, remedy protection projects, the roads remediation program and upper and lower basin issues.

There will also be open discussion on basin cleanup.

The CCC was established to collect citizens' input for the Coeur d'Alene Basin Environmental Improvement Project Commission.
