Do you wonder when you buy eggs how small they are actually? They should be sized under law.

Weight of a dozen eggs out of the container should be:

Jumbo 30 oz.

Extra L 27 oz.

Large 24 oz

Medium 21 oz

Small 18 oz.

Peewee 15 oz.

Put your eggs on a scale. I bet a dozen eggs that they are less than what they should be. Let your store know. No wonder cakes look so slim lately!
