RANGE: Judge misses the mark

After Idaho Fish and Game fully complied with a court order to improve the Farragut shooting range, our "less than well informed" judge Mitchell continues to stand in the way of re-opening the range. I don't understand his reasoning. Well-informed people have given the range "high marks" for design and safety. Mrs. Hom-Holders reasoning is completely bogus and without substance. There is no reason to delay the opening except for the Mitchell decision. I hope the decision is appealed to a more well informed authority.
