SCHOOLS: Change structure of grades

The Coeur d'Alene School District, in my opinion, needs to change and should be changed. It should be K-6 grade in elementary school, seventh, eighth and ninth grades should be in middle school, finally 10th, 11th and 12th in high school.
Why? The jump from elementary school to middle school is a really big one. Every day I see seventh- and eighth-graders picking on the little sixth-graders, just because they still play childish games or are really immature. It is the truth that sixth-grades are not at the same maturity level as seventh- and eighth-graders are, but the real truth is that sixth-graders are just too young to be in middle school and still need one more year in elementary school.
