Giving thanks for health

Every day I wake up feeling blessed to have the opportunity to serve our community doing what I love, and am overjoyed to discover the infinite power within our own bodies.

I am a big believer of affirmations - there may be some mornings I feel disgruntled and tired, as I imagine some of you feel during the work week, but when I stop and remind myself of all there is to be glad about, it raises my spirits and I find myself once again excited to serve our practice members to the best of my abilities.

Every day each of us grow and learn, but first we have to be willing to accept all that the world has to offer us. Our moods can affect our physical health, which is where my affirmations come in; if we believe we won't succeed chances are we will fail. But if we have a positive mental attitude and believe that the sky is the limit and all our dreams are possible, well we might not reach our goals on our first attempt but we are moving closer every day!

I am very fortunate to have my passion be my work and vice versa. I am thankful that every time I awake I am given one more day to try and convey my message of health and wellness to the families of this beautiful community! I thank you all for making this such a wonderful community and ask you to find a way to be grateful, not only in this season of reflection, but every day when you open your eyes in the morning!

If you would like to join us in our journey toward a healthier community, come and visit us at 370 E. Kathleen, Suite 600, in Coeur d'Alene, or give us a call (208) 667-7434 and learn how we can change this community, one healthy family at a time! I'm looking forward to seeing you!

With gratitude and love,

Dr. Amy Spoelstra
