Kya Fox Dale, 12

Our beloved daughter, Kya Fox Dale, was called home to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2011.

She leaves behind her loving parents, Jonathan and Laura Dale.; her brothers, Nathaniel, Ian and Aiden. Also left behind are her devoted grandparents, Gerald and Jean Dale, Tim and Nancy Stricklin; and her life long "Big Sister," Kami Shaw.

Kya's 12-year trial of chronic illness is finally over. She was loved by everyone who met her. Her smile lit up any room she was in and her laugh was contagious.

We were blessed to have laughed and loved her for all these years. Kya will be missed by all those she touched but we are assured by our Fathers promise that we will meet again.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2011, at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints in Rathdrum. Private burial will be held in Grandview Cemetery in Bonners Ferry.
