NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED GRANT ACTIVITIES The City of Worley is submitting a proposal to the Idaho Department of Commerce for an Idaho Community Development Block Grant (ICDBG) in the amount of $300,000. The proposed project is to replace a total of approximately 14,000 linear feet of sewer collection pipe and rehabilitate 55 manholes.
