'Memoirs' auditions set

Auditions for "Brighton Beach Memoirs" by Neil Simon are scheduled next month.

The production is being put on by North Idaho Theatre, a division of Coeur d'Alene High School Theatre Department and Coeur d'Alene Charter Academy Theatre Department.

Roles are:

• Two boys, able to play age 12 - 20

• Two girls, able to play age 12 - 20

• Two women, able to play 30's - 40's range

• One man, able to play 40's range

General auditions are June 13 at 6 p.m.

Call backs are June 14 at 6 p.m. (these will be posted on www.northidahotheatre.org

First casting meeting is June 16 at 6 p.m.

All events will be at Coeur d'Alene High School Auditorium, 5530 N. Fourth Street.

Actors who are hired will receive a small stipend.

Rehearsal dates will be Aug. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9, 10 from 5- 9 p.m. and Aug. 6 and 7 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Show dates: Aug. 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21
