The Boys and Girls Club of Kootenai County and the Post Falls Food Bank will sponsor an event on Saturday, May 21 to set the unofficial record for the LARGEST gathering of people continuously licking ice cream for 1 minute. This fun, family event will be held immediately following the Jordan Johnson Memorial Fun Run at the Greyhound Park Infield. Countdown starts at 10:59 a.m.
