Lieutenant Governor to address local business owners

Lt. Gov. Brad Little will be the featured speaker at the Women in Networking luncheon Wednesday, May 11 at Red Lion Templin's Resort, 414 East First Ave., Post Falls.

The topic of his discussion is "Adapting To Change." The program begins at 11:30 a.m. Usually, a group for women only, men are invited to attend this month.

Claudia Brenna, a Realtor with Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty, has been awarded the Performance Management Network Designation by the Women's Council of Realtors.

Areas of study included negotiating strategies and tactics, networking and referrals, business planning and systems personal performance management and cultural differences in buying and selling.

The designation is designed "to deliver the real-world skills, know-how and tools to keep an agent's business out front and on top of an evolving real estate market."
