Paul M. Nelson, 88

Paul M. Nelson, 88, of Coeur d'Alene, passed away in Circle of Life, Kootenai Memorial Hospital, on March 19, 2011, with his wife Eva at his side. He was born in April 1922, in Detroit, Mich.

Paul attended California State College with several degrees including two masters in electrical engineering and bioscience.

He worked for various companies and was involved in the Aerospace and Atlas Space project. He retired in 1987.

He is survived by his wife, Eva (Brockus Williams); his daughter and son-in-law, Roberta and Daryl Marquette of Point Roberts, Wash.; his stepdaughter, Jan Pintler and husband Jack Pintler of Coeur d'Alene and their family.

He was preceded in death by his first wife of 46 years, Margaret Catherine Nelson.

A private memorial will be held by the family.
