Top lenders recognized
The Idaho Housing and Finance Association recently recognized the top lending partner and loan originators in North Idaho at a Realtors appreciation luncheon.
Mountain West Bank was honored as the area's top lending partner for producing the largest number of IdaMortgage home loans in 2010 in the region, said Lisa Davis, a spokeswoman for the association.
In total, Mountain West produced 158 IdaMortgage Loans, Davis said.
The area's top individual loan originators also were recognized. They were Laura Yongue, Ela Conner, and Deborah Kishbaugh, all of Mountain West Bank. They were honored for collectively processing 27 loans in 2010, Davis said.
The association functions as an agent for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and performs a variety of tasks associated with financing, developing or managing affordable housing.
