5:56 p.m.: Jewelry, cash, firearms and miscellaneous items with total value of about $3,200 were reported stolen from a residence in the 15700 North Forestdale Drive near Rathdrum.

Jeremy J. Scheller, 36, Usk, Wash.: One year determinate penitentiary time and one year indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $645.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and three years probation for possession of marijuana of more than three ounces.
Aaron C. Mitson, 30, Spokane Valley: One year six months determinate penitentiary and one year six months indeterminate time with credit for time served, $675.50 in fines and two years probation for grand theft.

Ruperd II, 38, Coeur d'Alene: 180 days in jail, four years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $1,095.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and five years probation for attempted petit theft and possession of a controlled substance.
Andrew M. Perrins, 35, Priest River: Four years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time, retained jurisdiction with credit for time served for possession of a controlled substance and two counts of probation violation.
