Area teams tee it up at Lewiston Invitational

LEWISTON - Lake City's Kevin Porton carded an 8-over 80, Lakeland's Derek Bayley shot 82 and Tully Fedele of Post Falls an 84 on Monday at the Lewiston Invitational held at Lewiston Country Club.

Coeur d'Alene's boys were third, Lake City fourth in the team competition.

Clarkston won with a 302. Coeur d'Alene shot 337, Lake City 338.

In the girls event, held at Bryden Canyon Golf Course, Lewiston won by 110 strokes. Maddie Dodge of Post Falls shot 87 and Chelsey Bayley of Lakeland shot 88.
