Jennifer Ann Gookstetter, 68

Jennifer Ann Gookstetter, 68, passed away on March 10, 2011, in Coeur d'Alene. She was born May 30, 1942, in Coeur d'Alene.

She owned a ranch at Fernan Lake and trained racehorses. She was a member of St. Thomas Catholic Church, Coeur d'Alene Muzzleloaders and the Log Cabin Spinners (Spinning and Weaving Guild). She worked at the North Idaho Fair in the wool department in the fall. Jennifer enjoyed oil painting and working in the yard.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Dorothy.

She is survived by brother John Gookstetter and his wife Janet; sister Delories Dunn; great-aunt Mary Jane Fortin; four nieces; one nephew; one grandniece; two grandnephews; two great-grandnephews and cousins.

A Rosary will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 17, 2011, at English Funeral Chapel, Coeur d'Alene. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 18, 2011, at St. Thomas Catholic Church.
