McEUEN: Don't fence me out

Oh no, not another letter dealing with McEuen Field. Well, this one will be short.

The other day I was looking out a window from our wonderful library overlooking McEuen field. I saw a large expanse of green nestled between two tree covered areas. The only problem was the green was segmented by a series of fences designating the softball and baseball fields.

The McEuen Park Steering Committee is pursuing options to relocate the ball fields. Good! Let's remove the fences and allow this beautiful open space to become a multiple use area for the entire community.
