No. 1 in the nation

COEUR d'ALENE - Century 21 Beutler & Associates Coeur d'Alene office has been named the No. 1 Century 21 Office in the U.S. for Sales Production by its franchisor, Century 21 Real Estate LLC.

The Coeur d'Alene office was also the No. 2 Century 21 office in the U.S. by the amount of property closings. The rankings are out of more than 3,000 Century 21 Offices across the United States.

"This is a great accomplishment and honor for our company and for the Coeur d'Alene team," said John Beutler, company owner and broker. "The Coeur d'Alene office continues to be a market leader; not only in Coeur d'Alene, but across the Century 21 System. It goes without saying that 2010 was a challenging real estate market, and to continually achieve this ranking under such conditions shows the dedication and teamwork within our company."

In addition to the Coeur d'Alene office receiving No. 1 status; the company as a whole was recognized as a Top 10 Century 21 company in the nation and is the No. 1 company in the Century 21 System's Northwest Region. The region includes more than 50 offices in Idaho, Alaska, Washington and Oregon.

"This is the fourth year in a row that we ranked in the Top 10 companies in the nation," said Todd Sankovich, general manager. "Our company continues to hold its own against the biggest and best Century 21 companies in the nation. With just three offices and about 225 Realtors, our company is relatively small when compared to the nine additional recipients; most who consist of multiple offices and hundreds of agents."

The company honored more than 60 sales associates and its offices at the Annual Awards Night held Feb. 24 in Coeur d'Alene. Agents and offices were recognized for achievements in 2010 with awards from Century 21 Beutler & Associates and from the Century 21 System including the prestigious Centurion and Masters Awards.

Coeur d'Alene Office Top Producer Awards:

For the second year in a row, the No. 1 Top Producing Agent for the company's Coeur d'Alene office and Double Centurion recipient was Chad Oakland. He was also once again the No. 1 agent in the Northwest Region based on the number of units sold in 2010.

Other Top Producers for the Coeur d'Alene office included: Marcello Conigliaro, No. 2 producer, Centurion Award; Katie Bane, No. 3 producer, Centurion Award ; TW (Tom) Fisher, No. 4 producer, Centurion Award; Pehr Black, No. 5 producer, Centurion Award; Rick Carr, No. 6 producer, Centurion Award ; Tom Torgerson, No. 7 producer, Centurion Award; Mike Delong, No. 8 producer, Centurion Award ; Shawn McMahon, No. 9 producer, Centurion Award; and Sarah Sternberg, No. 10 producer, Masters Diamond Award.

The Top Producing Team for the Coeur d'Alene office and Double Centurion Award recipient was The Team of the Century - Stan and Julie Groves, Bill Noordam and Dave Noordam. Other Top Team Producers for Coeur d'Alene included: Team Bryant, Tom and Anita Bryant, No. 2 Top Team, CENTURION Team Award; and Heart of Gold Team, Walt Wardak and Ernie Erickson, No. 3 Top Team, Masters Ruby Team Award.

Receiving the Top Commercial Agent Awards for the Coeur d'Alene office were Shawn McMahon, No. 1 producer by sales volume; Jim Koon No. 1 producer by units; and Josh Beebe No. 1 for commercial property management.

Washington Offices Top Producer Awards:

Achieving No. 1 Top Producer for the company's Washington offices and Centurion recipient was Mike Bass of the Spokane office.

Additional Top Producers in the Washington offices included: Tracy Penna, No. 2 producer, Masters Emerald Award, Spokane; Kirk Holding, No. 3 producer, Masters Emerald Award, Liberty Lake; Khalil Beznaiguia, No. 4 producer, Masters Emerald Award, Spokane; Gayle Terry, No. 5 producer, Masters Emerald Award, Spokane; Tyler Zyph, No. 6 producer, Masters Emerald Award, Liberty Lake; Dick Bockemuehl, No. 7 producer, Masters Ruby Award, Spokane; Kurt Miller, No. 8 producer, Masters Ruby Award, Spokane office; Ray Fisk, No. 9 producer, Masters Ruby Award, Liberty Lake; and Dan Dhaenens, No. 10 producer, Liberty Lake.

The Denise Fox Team took top team honors for the Spokane office and received a Double Centurion Award. Team members included Denise Fox, Sue Wolford and Melissa Mayther. Team Crisler, consisting of Jeff and Cindy Crisler, took the No. 2 Top Producing Team and received a Team Masters Emerald Award.

Receiving the Top Commercial Agent Award for the Spokane office was Brandon Peterson.

The agent receiving the Century 21 System Diamond Award was Josh Beebe from the Coeur d'Alene office. Agents receiving the Masters Emerald Award included: Doug and Lorraine Landwehr, Hap Hilbish, Shannon Inman, Chuck and Linda Ryan, Brent Heleker and Kelly Tuntland, all from the Coeur d'Alene office. Ruby Award recipients included: Young Burdette, Tina Hood, Jim Koon, Rich McKernan, Roland Mueller and Allen Plahn, all from the Coeur d'Alene office.

The Century 21 Beutler & Associates Company Achievement Award was given to agents with the greatest percentage increase in production from 2009 to 2010. Recipients were Michelle Stafford, Coeur d'Alene; Randy Long, Liberty Lake; and Dave Lindstrand, Spokane.

The Rookie Agent of the Year Award was presented to a first-year agent who has achieved an outstanding first year in business and will continue to be an industry leader for years to come. The 2010 Rookie Award was presented to Susan Denny of the Spokane office and Mike Delong in Coeur d'Alene.

The final agent award was presented to the 2010 Office Team Players, those who exemplify teamwork and go the extra mile for the benefit of their peers. Receiving Team Player Awards were Annie Mote and Chad Oakland from Coeur d'Alene; Ray Fisk, Liberty Lake; and Marilyn Amato and Connie Slackman of the Spokane office.

Two of the company's offices received Century 21 System Awards and are in the Top 10 Century 21 offices in the Northwest Region.

In addition to being the No. 1 Office in the Nation, the Coeur d'Alene office also received a Grand Centurion Office Award; an award it has received every year since 2002. The Spokane office received a Centurion Office Award for its production in 2010 and was the No. 2 Century 21 office in the Northwest Region. The Century 21 Northwest region includes more than 50 offices in Idaho, Alaska, Washington and Oregon.
